I can provide telehealth services in WA and PA. I have been in the field of mental health and substance use disorders for over 20 years. I have worked in many aspects of field from case management to therapist. I have worked with many of my local community agencies to support the diverse populations I have worked with. I have worked with mostly youth, ages birth to 21, and families. I have obtained my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and substance use disorders from Walden University. I am nationally certified as a counselor. I currently am the director of a local behavioral health agency for children

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience

I feel my experience working with children, working through the pandemic providing virtual assistance (navigating and creating techniques) to engage the client, and utilizing activities to keep the clients engaged.

I am best positioned to serve the ages of 3-21. I can also serve adult population as well, as I have experience in working with parents and families.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I often used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, we'll help you learn to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
