I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with training in various therapy modalities. I have a passion for working with clients who are driven to transform their lives. My educational background includes a degree from Louisiana State University and I am also a veteran of the Air Force. I have worked in many different practice areas, including mental health, child welfare, school setting, homelessness, corrections, and veteran services. Due to my extensive experience, I possess a strong understanding of various systems and have the ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultures and viewpoints.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing as well as background about your family. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With experience working with individuals of all ages, I possess a solid grasp of the therapeutic techniques required to alleviate symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. I find satisfaction in addressing and transforming negative thought patterns, and assisting individuals in cultivating healthier coping mechanisms for their struggles.
