I am here to help you over it ,navigate you around it or get you through it. I am available and consistent .

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session we will begin with brief instructions. Then we will delve into the specific challenges that you're facing. This will assist me in developing a plan of treatment tailored specifically to your needs in following sessions. We will also discuss alternative days and hours just in case that there is cause to reschedule. Life happens so of course we discuss our back up plan,

I have a lot of life experience . Married once raised 2 boys, retired twice, ran my own business and served (in my younger years ) in the armed forces .
