Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in the state of Texas. With over five years of experience, I obtained my Masters degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. My passion lies in supporting individuals facing stress disorders, trauma, and women's health concerns. Through a compassionate and holistic approach, I work collaboratively with my clients to navigate their challenges and promote healing. Whether it's managing stress, processing trauma, or addressing women's health issues. I have also been focused on working with individuals with autoimmune disorders, cancer and long term chronic illnesses and being able to live a lifestyle reduced of stress, anxiety and depression. I strive to create a safe and empowering space for individuals to explore their experiences and achieve greater well-being.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In the initial session with me, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can begin to explore their concerns in a safe and non-judgmental space. There is no judgement with me, just honesty and simply wanting to work with you on seeing progress. I want you to feel free to speak to someone without fear of holding back. The first session is primarily focused on building rapport and establishing a foundation for our therapeutic relationship. I will take the time to get to know the client, their background, and their reasons for seeking therapy. We will discuss their goals, concerns, and any specific areas they would like to address in therapy. Additionally, I will provide information about confidentiality, the therapeutic process, and what clients can expect moving forward. Depending on the client's needs and preferences, we may also begin to explore some initial coping strategies or interventions to help them feel more supported and empowered. Overall, the first session is an opportunity for clients to feel heard, understood, and supported as they embark on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
