Hi!, you did it, you decided to give therapy a try or maybe try it again, the next step is finding the right counselor to work with and achieve your goals, so I want to let you know a little about me to help you decide if we would be a good fit. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina, also licensed in NJ and CT. I received my Master of Arts from Liberty University and have practiced for 11 years. I’ve worked with clients of all ages who were facing challenges with varying stressors like depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, trauma/complex trauma, separation/divorce, grief, and other mood disorders.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions, reviewing your intake and assessments. Next, we will start developing the goals that you want to achieve throughout our follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

After working with various populations, I have utilized my education and experience to offer a caring, non-judgmental individual approach to all of my clients.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to address the stressors in their lives. Offering a safe space to learn more about themselves and who they want to be.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I take an eclectic approach to therapy. I utilize my education and 11 years of experience to offer every client a caring, non-judgmental, individualized approach. I partner with clients to achieve mental, emotional, and relational health by building on the strengths already present in their lives. Humor and a down-to-earth approach are used to build a supportive environment where you can learn to manage stress and emotions to create a balance in your life.
