Hi!! It's never too late to feel better about yourself and about your life! As a holistic therapist I use an integrated method in my practice (e.g. multi-sensory, somatic experiencing, movement, experiential, mindfulness, sound, breath & energy work). We've all heard of the nervous system's fight/flight/freeze response which influence everything from our thoughts, emotions, & behaviors. We will spend a lot of time getting to know your system and re-pattern what's not working!

Clients can expect to gain a greater awareness of themselves and their patterns, learn effective coping strategies, and foster increased resilience, stronger relationships, greater ability to navigate problems/emotions, and improved quality of life. We do all of this with a touch of humor, too! I pride myself on making healing fun for everyone! I guarantee that we can navigate tough emotions and laugh at the same time! I believe in meeting people where they are so we will customize a plan that's just right for you!

My greatest strength is that I can explain huge concepts in a tangible way and I can make our healing journey fun. This human experience is tough and being able to laugh along the way is important.
