What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we'll be getting to know each other and start to dive in. This time is dedicated to you and I'm here to listen...to your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and individual story. I want to know your current situation and I want to hear your goals. In future sessions, we'll continue to explore and create a plan to move you closer to the life that you envision. It's important to me to create a comfortable and safe place for you to express yourself so that you can move to where you want to be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I created LifeVision Counseling, LLC because I truly believe in your power to live your own vision, even when you struggle to believe it yourself. I know that you have the ability to make choices, take chances, and create life on your terms. I have the confidence that you can decide how to best be your authentic self.
