Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I have been practicing for 9 years. I help my clients with mental, emotional and psychological challenges. I create a safe non judgemental and therapeutic space where my clients can feel safe to exlpore and express their feelings, thoughts and concerns comfortably. I will make use of different techniques with the ultimate goal of empowering my clients and helping them to improve by making positive changes, and acheive the personal growth.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
We will start to get aquianted with a brief introduction to establish trust and build rapport. Then I will begin the assessment phase by asking background history questions to help me with the intake process, as well as to explore your feelings. You can also ask me questions or express any concerns as we do this, or at any other time, We will then do the goal setting and treatment plan together to fit your unique needs.
