I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcohol Substance Abuse Counselor and EMDR trained. I help individuals to develop solutions to the many problems that life can present. In addition to owning my private practice, I currently work as a counselor in an outpatient clinic in the addictions field. I have experience working in residential settings, school counseling, inpatient mental health and chemical dependency, PROS and outpatient chemical dependency.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, bio/psycho/social history, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I believe that every person and experience is unique and treatment should reflect upon the needs of the individual. You are the expert in your life. Through treatment and guidance, my hope is that you will be able to find peace, happiness and overcome obstacles and barriers that life presents.
