What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After the first session client should have a clear understanding of how the therapeutic process works, guidelines, and a clear understanding of how confidentiality works. Therapist will work with the client to help you identify your strengths, and help you figure out how to use these to address your problem.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a mental health counselor I believe that communication skills play a key role the relationship with the clients. It is important to confidently set boundaries, communicate ideas, and provide guidance to the person before you without harshness or condemnation. Communication is key in helping patients understand they can establish trust to the the most of therapy. As a counselor I value the power of effective listening in order to interpret what your client has to say in order to establish trust and understanding between you and the client. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) utilize a structured and goal-oriented approach to address a wide range of mental health concerns. By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and maladaptive behaviors, in my experience CBT helps to promote healthier thinking and coping strategies. Working collaboratively with clients to develop practical skills for managing emotions, changing unhelpful behaviors, and improving problem-solving abilities. Through evidence-based techniques such as cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, and relaxation training, CBT help by empower clients to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve lasting change.
