I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges that brought you to therapy. This will give you and I the opportunity to create a treatment plan that will outline realistic goals specifically for your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in a prison setting, school system, hospital and many other settings, has allowed me to work with different people from all backgrounds and because I love people I show empathy regardless of their income, race or cultural background. I am eager to get an understanding of a person's background. We are not all the same, that's the beauty of it.
