Hello. I'm Kayla and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in the state of Florida. I have a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology. I come to you with over 9 years experience as a Counselor. I have worked in multiple outpatient and inpatient mental health settings with at risk families and youth. After beginning my own healing journey, I became dedicated to assist women who feel stuck, overwhelmed and angry after experiencing a pattern of relationship instability. I help the women gain the skills to nurture themselves, so they can begin to navigate their relationships with confidence and ease.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we will start with introductions and explore your strengths and challenges. We will then explore a quick snapshot to see what happened to you. Afterwards, I will create a treatment plan that we will use as our roadmap to decrease your symptoms.

After working with survivors of relational trauma for quite sometime. I have developed an approach that focuses on the mind, body, and soul. This approach works over and over in assisting my clients with gaining quantifiable progress.
