What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After your first session you can expect a cohesive plan of treatment that allows you to track your progress that is tailored to you and your specific needs. You can also expect to be met where you are at in a safe environment that allows for growth and change specific to you and that is in line with your own values, beliefs and needs. The idea is to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I only utilize evidenced based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Solution Focused Therapy. The approach is always specific to the need of each specific individual. What I'm offering is to listen with compassion and unconditional positive regard and do whatever it takes to bridge the gap between dysfunction and function.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my biggest strengths have been in my approaches with trauma and identity. I spend a lot of time working with people to help aid in building a strong personal foundation that allows people to be able to envision a clearer path to living life with a healthy mindset. My best strength is my consistent focus on core values and beliefs and how they determine our view of self and the world.
