Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. Although I have been a social worker for 25+ years I have been a practicing clinician/therapist for five years. I desire to help women become their best selves even in the toughest times. One of my mottos is that we/I can use every experience to strive and thrive in every season of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first two therapy sessions, we will introduce ourselves and get to know each other. We will discuss the challenges that brought you to therapy and begin to work on them. These initial sessions will help me assess your needs and develop a personalized plan to help you find hope, healing, and purpose.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have more than 20 years of experience working with women and children who have undergone trauma, heartbreak, and difficult situations that left them feeling worthless. My years of experience have given me a skilled listening ear for genuine empathy and a judgment-free zone. I will use it to help you become the best version of yourself for personal and relationship growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am passionate about helping women who feel hopeless, broken, and void of purpose experience hope, healing, and purpose. I envision seeing others anchored in the hope that allows them to walk in God’s purpose with boldness and total trust in every stage of their life.
