In our first session together, we will do a brief introduction and gather relevant information related to your specific concerns. We will discuss the frequency and duration of the sessions to best suit your identified needs and concerns. We will collaboratively formulate a preliminary treatment plan based on the presented clinical information and work towards making progress to the identified goals in the follow-up sessions.
