Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have many years of experience in working with people from many different cultural backgrounds and I am very aware of the importance of how our cultures influence our mental health. I love working with individuals and families and have had many success in doing so. I love helping people to have the confidence to be authentically themselves.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session is going to mainly involve me briefly getting to know your problems. I am a strong believer that client-therapist relationship plays a major role in your healing journey. Creating a trustworthy environment where you feel safe and secure to open up is very important to me. We will also talk about your goals and will start to work together on a treatment plan that is specific to your needs and goals.

Having worked with people from many different cultural backgrounds struggling with many different problems, I am confident that people have what it takes to overcome even the deepest and hardest struggles and I feel very well equipped to help them on their journey.
