I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my practice I utilize CBT to help identify negative thought patterns and maladaptive behaviors and teach more adaptive ways of thinking and responding to challenges. I recognize that every individual is unique, and I tailor CBT interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. Whether addressing trauma, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, or other concerns, I collaborate closely with you to develop treatment plans that integrate CBT principles.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is a comprehensive therapeutic modality that focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors, as well as helping them learn to change their lives. DBT addresses emotional dysregulation, distress and difficulties in interpersonal relationships. It combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness practices and acceptance strategies to promote lasting change. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel empowered to explore your experiences, learn new skills, and build your life worth living.
