I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have spent 33 years working with client experiencing difficulties. I assist them in understanding what their needs are and how to get them met in a healthy manner. I work on self-esteem as the main motivator of behavior. Change the self-esteem and it changes the behavior then the relationship changes.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together you will talk to me about how come you believe you need to be in therapy and I will ask a lot of questions and make an assessment and talk about what I believe and how I can help the person.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that as a therapist I have great empathy and listen very well. I read between the lines. Look at what the client is really telling and needing.
