In our first session we will do an assessment and formulate goals that you want to accomplish in our time together
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I am eclectic in my approach and meet the client where they are at. I combine a variety of interventions in order to develop a specific treatment plan for the person in front of me.

I specialize in relationships with oneself or others. I believe that healing comes from within and works its way out. How you relate to yourself affects every area. I also have experience in the areas of grief and loss.
