Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I enjoy helping people through talk therapy. I received my Masters from Virginia Commonwealth University and have been practicing for over 6 years. I help people of all ages reflect, communicate and take action toward becoming the best version of themselves. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide a supportive ally to help you transform any challenges you are facing into opportunities for growth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will begin to get to know each other better, talk about the reasons you are seeking therapy, some of the challenges you are facing and make therapy goals so our time together is helpful for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been told I am an empathetic and understanding listener who helps guide others from a place of kindness and compassion. I provide a combination of listening and reflection with exploring useful coping skills and strategies that will help you become stronger and more confident in your life. I will work to understand and address the unique challenges and barriers that you face while also supporting your journey towards healing and empowerment.
