My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have a broad range of training and experience in different counseling approaches, including the American Psychiatric Association and World Health Organization-approved treatment modalities like EMDR (for PTSD and other trauma-related disorders), CBT, DBT, Psychoanalytic Approaches, and other traditional treatment modalities for mood disorders and addiction.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT helps people control emotions when they have difficulty managing them. DBT treatment also helps to build and transform damaged interpersonal relationships in the case of people suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder.
