What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I am here to allow you space and time to share what you have been experiencing. Even during the first session, I focus on helping you turn your focus to what you can and can’t change — ultimately: you, your choices, and your responses to events. We will spend some time getting to know you and the issues that brought you into treatment. I will ask questions about your presenting concerns, as well as your history and background. Most likely, you’ll find yourself talking about your current symptoms or struggles, as well saying a bit about your relationships, your interests, your strengths, and your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths are being relatable, direct, understanding, motivating, and enhancing.
