What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session with each other we will build rapport, work on trust, establish expectations and discuss reasons for starting therapy at this time. Client will be given the opportunity to discuss past traumas, medications, mental health history, family history as well as past therapeutic interventions. Client can also feel comfortable sharing whatever they choose in a judgment free atmosphere.

The 19 year experience in this field has taught me to meet my clients emotionally where they are. I provide a judgement free zone and a compassionate ear.
