I am a Licensed Profession Counselor based in Texas as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California. I received my Master's in Counselor from Saybrook University in 2019. My fully online counseling practice is built on the conviction that you are the expert in your own life. I realize that no two people are the same, and I tailor my counseling approach to learn your specific needs as an individual.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll complete an assessment focused on exploring your past and present, current challenges and strengths, and specific problems that you hope to overcome. We'll discuss your specific goals for counseling as well as my recommendations for treatment to address those goals in order to develop a plan to meet and maintain them throughout our work together and beyond.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Past and current clients have told me that they benefit from my calm presence, warm demeanor, experiential knowledge of anxiety and depression, and occasional sense of humor.
