On the other end of the spectrum, I've supported elders and disabled individuals coping with loss and grief. When emotions connected to grief are stifled, I specialize in identifying and resolving these emotional roadblocks, facilitating a path to healing and adjustment.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use several treatment modalities. Most might fall under the Cognitive Behavioral model. I also use methods from Trauma treatment, guided imagery, & gestalt.
