You are capable of reaching your full potential and thriving. Sometimes we may feel stuck or lost. Yet, I firmly believe that even in those dark moments when you feel overwhelmed that your have the strength and ability to find hope. I am passionate about helping clients through that process of discovery. I help people through support, empathy, and understanding. We explore challenges and solutions together. Life is often challenging. We need space to find peace and explore options. Together we can explore your goals, overcome difficulty, and become strong, resilient people. My goal is to help you tap into your inherent strengths. You are enough. I currently offer services to adults looking to explore their growth through a secure tele-health platform.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is an opportunity to discuss what brought you to therapy and for me to get to know more about you. I understand the first appointment can be filled with anxiety and some nerves, especially when it may be your first time doing therapy. My goal is to use the first meeting to allow you to have space to ask questions and gather information regarding your goals. This will help me understand how we can work together to meet your needs and achieve your goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

While I am experienced in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic Therapies, I value the relationship and meeting the client where they are during the session. I regularly find myself using an integrative approach, as each person is unique and has their own strengths. I have over 20 years of teaching mindfulness practices, and provide mindfulness skills as they would be helpful.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I value being genuine, compassionate, and authentic, and I try to bring that to my practice. I strongly believe that people can find hope and strength and actively look for those qualities in my clients. I have a variety of work experiences, from blue color, military, inpatient psychiatric hospitals and intensive outpatient programs. This variety of work experience has brought me in contact with a diverse group of people at different stages of their lives.
