.Having also been a Dependency Case Manager, I have first hand experience working with children and families under the supervision of DCF. I have also utilized my prior experience in the legal system as a domestic violence Victim Advocate to support those individuals facing these challenges. Throughout my time working as a Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with my clients in overcoming depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, phase of life adjustments, and other co-occurring disorders.

My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. Some may even recognize that they need to make changes but not know where to start.
