Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in North Carolina. I received my Masters from the University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut, and have been practicing for 7 years. I have worked in community outpatient clinics, intensive in-home programs, and telehealth settings supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in supporting adults with anxiety, depression, navigating relationships, life transitions, and stress.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session together will consist of brief introductions and diving into specific concerns you are currently experiencing. During this process, we will also explore goals and create a tailored plan to refer to in follow up sessions. I open this space for any questions and answers you may have to ensure you are feeling fully supported about your needs being met.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My greatest strength is how warm and engaging I am throughout the process. My authenticity and genuineness allows me to create meaningful therapeutic relationships with my clients, and bringing a sense of comfort and normalcy to therapy. Starting therapy can often feel intimidating and uncomfortable, at the thought of uncovering deep emotions. I will always meet you where you are in the moment. I take pride in ensuring my clients are always feeling heard, understood, and empowered in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
Have you been feeling stuck or uninspired? Unsure of where you “should” be in life? Are you struggling with navigating your relationships, making long term personal and professional decisions, or experiencing a life transition? You may be experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and increased levels of stress around what the future may hold for you. It can become draining and overwhelming to carry, but you don’t have to face those challenges alone. Let’s normalize not having everything all figured out.
