Do you feel overwhelmed by life lately? Wouldn't it be great if life was a never-ending vacation! Problems and bad days wouldn't exist and we would live over and over the best days of our life. Well, life is forever changing. Change happens all around us... with family, friends, work, relationships, or with our health. How is change impacting your life? Do you feel stressed? Do you feel like no one understands? Do you feel like people are trying to help but are really just making things worse? Do you feel like you don't know what to do about the problem you are facing? Do you feel like life is passing you by and you just can't get ahead? If you can relate to any of the questions above then you have come to the right place. You are not alone. My name is Stacey Luczejko and I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). The last 17 years I have been servicing individuals, couples, and families in various counseling capacities. My passion is helping individuals overcome life's struggles and come out on the other side refreshed and thriving. I hold a Bachelor's (BS) in Psychological and Social Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. I also hold two Master's Degrees from Rider University: a Master's (MA) in Counseling Services and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) Master's Degree.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you will meet me via video session. We will do introductions so that I can get to know you better and get a better sense of your therapeutic needs. I will also, address any questions you might be having about the therapy process and future sessions. From there we will get down to business, but always move at a pace you are comfortable with in order to move things toward the changes you desire. My client's often leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and supported. Plus, my clients often tell me that they feel relieved to have gathered some new information, ideas, and/or strategies to make use of after our session.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My counseling style is eclectic because I utilize many different therapeutic strategies based off of the needs of the individuals I am working with during the session. Some of my counseling theory styles consists of: cognitive, behavioral, person-centered, mindfulness, reality, solution-focused, and psycho-education components. In other words, I have many ways for helping you to deal with your struggles or with whatever is challenging you. My approach focuses on thought processes, behaviors, and action plans. I also find ways to creatively use your interests (such as: music, hobbies, movies, and etc.) in the solution process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my passion for helping people and finding tangible things my clients can take away each session. It is important to me that my clients find therapy with me useful and applicable for "real life" situations.
