Hello, I’m Angelica and thank you for visiting my profile. Do you feel burned out? Overwhelmed? Stuck? Are you in need of an accountability partner to assist with setting and achieving goals? Taking the step to seek out therapy means you are determined to take necessary steps for self-growth and development. You are not alone. I help clients using a person-centered approach to reduce depression, anxiety, stress and burnout while juggling multiple responsibilities at one time. I am solution focused in helping clients identify triggers and replace unhealthy habits with healthy habits. I utilize a holistic approach that addresses a whole person, integrating mind, body and spirit. I am Christian and will meet you where you are in your spiritual journey. I don’t believe in right or wrong, but instead challenge clients to seek perspective for themselves and others. I encourage clients to show themselves the same grace they show others. I look forward to working together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can anticipate a safe environment with no judgment to unpack and process life obstacles. Clients can expect to learn about creative goal setting and gain a consistent accountability partner. I am results oriented and solution focused. Common feedback from my clients include feeling “lighter” and “clearer” after our sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I truly believe in a holistic approach to therapy, because one size does not fit all. I believe in approaching therapy sessions in a person-centered approach, built on trust and rapport. While using talk therapy, clients will realize that they have the answers to their questions as we peel back the layers. Other treatment methods I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Positive psychology and Solution-focused.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths include facilitating the career lifecycle; from career exploration to coping with negative symptoms related to work. As humans we routinely live and die by our habits, so I encourage clients to observe their unhealthy habits and replace them with healthier habits. I also invest a lot of time in helping clients improve their communication with others. Lastly, I routinely unpack the meaning of purpose with clients in their journey of life.
