I’m Erin and as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I focus on helping you to achieve balance in Mind, Body, and Spirit. Are you struggling with feeling sad, down, and/or anxious? Have you suffered trauma and/or abuse? Do you feel ashamed and/or guilty? Do you struggle with liking/loving yourself? Do you feel unworthy? Do you compare yourself to others and view yourself as less than and/or behind? Are you finding it difficult to keep up with all the responsibilities and challenges of life? If so, I want you to know that you are not alone, I understand, and I am here for you to create a safe space wherein you can express yourself and be truly heard as well as seen. I specialize in toxic shame, Type 2 Diabetes, and autoimmune-related health conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Psoriasis. I wholeheartedly believe in you and your capacity to work through your struggles and create a life of joy and passion.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I help you harness your internal resources for creating an amazing life on your terms. I view you as in a state of becoming who you were born to be, an individual free to express your authentic self.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I’m warm, caring, nurturing, and empathic. I am an excellent listener and follow your lead in my work with you, as I see you as the expert on your life. My specialty areas are toxic shame, chronic low self-worth, clinical perfectionism, and high-functioning depression and anxiety.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I thoroughly believe that the foundation of healing begins with an individual feeling seen, heard, accepted, and cared for; thus, with the core elements of Rogerian Therapy, that being genuineness (congruence), unconditional positive regard, and accurate empathic understanding, the foundation is ignited.

Mind-body approach

As the mind and body are inherently connected, my work with each individual is integrative.
