We often face challenges in our lives that cause us to shift and sometimes lose focus of ourselves and what is important to us. It is my privilege to be that compassionate and listening ear to provide support, encouragement, and tools to navigate these trying times. The ultimate goal is to provide a safe, unbiased, and nonjudgmental therapy experience to help you to feel empowered and heard. Whilst working with individuals, children, and families of all ages, races, and walks of life is a dream come true. I am here to serve! I am here for you! I am here to offer support, guidance, and the tools to ensure that the goals which you have set for yourself can be attained. I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you as we work through life’s unexpected challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session we will spend time getting to know each other by asking questions and identifying if we are a good fit for each other. I take pride in this process and enjoy meeting new people with differing thoughts, views and experiences. I spend time asking and answering questions, this is my interview as well... So lets' get started...

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is that I am able to walk with client's through their experiences and offer alternative options that may have been unrealized. I offer unique thoughts, suggestions and possiblities that can often times be overlooked as we as individuals are focused on survival.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I spend time listening to how experiences within your life has affected your thoughts and behaviors and assist with making the realization on how the two are interconnected.

Psychoeducation

As we experience the world around us, many things affect us in ways that we have not realized. I enjoy teaching how various events and experiences has molded us into who we are as individuals.
