She enjoys working with couples, families, individuals and teaching/facilitating groups. Creation has over 2000 hours of combined training and experience in sex therapy and has recently completed a certification in Emotion Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). Her practice includes top-down approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as bottom-up modalities like Affect Regulation and Somatic Therapies. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Eve4y first session is different. I tend to begin with informed conscent and then tell you a bit about my training and theraputic approaches/style. After that if you are comfortable we can move forward with a diagnostic and narrative of your concerns.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a variety of treatment modalaties to include using tools from EFT, ACT, AEDP, sex therapy, somatic therapyand family systems.

I am a faith integrated provider that is comfortable with a broad range or presenting concerns. My work is growth minded.
