Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Western New York. I have over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in many environments, which helped me realize my passion. I enjoy working with and supporting women who are faced with the challenge of one of life's never-ending transitions. Have you recently graduated from college and suddenly everything you knew has changed? Or have you started a new job and you're constantly second-guessing yourself? Are you a mom who is trying her best to juggle and manage endless responsibilities? Change can be tough, especially when faced with overwhelming and confusing emotions. I help women learn about themselves, improve their mental health, and gain confidence, as they navigate life's never ending changes.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I know choosing to start therapy can be hard. It is normal to fear being judged and nervous about the process. I provide a highly empathetic, non-judgmental, and safe environment. And I aim to move at a pace comfortable for you. In our first session, we will get to know each other, and discuss challenges you are looking to overcome. We will then create a person-centered plan to address your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the field for the past 13 years, I learned to be flexible and open-minded. I am highly empathetic and will ensure you feel supported and heard.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My goal is to help women learn the tools needed to improve their confidence and reduce shame, as they move through the stages of life. My counseling style is warm, patient, and open-minded. I am trauma-informed and knowledgeable of a variety of treatment modalities to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.
