Hi! I'm Sarah, a licensed mental health therapist based in Florida. I provide virtual psychotherapy to children (7-12), adolescence (13-17) , and young adults (>30). I help my clients to build self-esteem, resiliency, and overcome life's obstacles through a personalized treatment plan. Many of my clients feel "stuck" and are struggling with a range of issues including negative self-talk, specific phobias, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session together, you can expect to feel supported, seen, and heard. The first session will be about an hour, and we'll get to know each others' stories and feel comfortable before diving into the specific challenges you're facing. Together, we will develop goals and outcomes you'd like to gain from therapy.

My experience with young clients has shown that I have patience and the ability to make talking about the uncomfortable more comfortable. My clients describe me as understanding, warm, supportive, and insightful.
