I have 16 years of post-graduate professional clinical social work experience. I have been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Florida for over 7 years. I am also licensed in the state of Texas. I am passionate about providing support to not only my clients but to fellow social workers, which is why I am also certified in providing supervision to social workers who wish to obtain a license. I have experience in helping adolescent and adult clients with various issues including but not limited to life transitions, coping with addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, and anger management.

My therapy style is grounded in motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy. These modalities support my core belief that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I have experience in trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, task centered practice, bibliotherapy, family systems therapy, gestalt therapy, and client-centered therapy.
