Hello! Often we are aware of our potential, but we are held back by anxiety, fears, and self-doubt. We want to have freedom from suffering and self-defeating habits, but it's unclear how to get there. Many of us are experiencing stress or going through difficult life transitions, especially with all that is going on in the world today. Are you ready to feel confident and take on life’s challenges? If you want to feel happier, but you aren’t sure how to create the life you yearn for- you are not alone. Join me and begin the path toward a more fulfilling, grounded, and whole-hearted life. Together we can uncover your hidden strengths and resilient spirit, the qualities that will carry you toward healing and a sense of peace.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My passion is to help others believe in themselves again. I specialize in working with adults and teens who are experiencing adversity, stress, anxiety, and depression. Through a mindfulness, compassion-based, and eclectic approach, I guide clients and help them develop the mindset, skills, and practices that support a happier and more peaceful way of life.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My therapeutic approach with clients draws from research-driven theories. These include (but are not limited to) Mindful Self-Compassion Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a "person-centered" psychotherapist, your needs are the priority. I collaborate with you to create a unique path to healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Clients come to me who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adversity, and/or self-defeating habits. They find a place in our sessions where they are seen, heard, and understood- sometimes for the very first time. I am looking forward to hearing your story!
