What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I'm eclectic in my theoretical approach, although I lean towards Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Humanistic Existential theories.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my strengths are actively and reflectively listening to the client communicate the challenges their experiencing. I have found that seeing life through the eyes of the client has enabled me understand empathetically what they're experiencing and thus being able to work collaboratively to find insights that allow for a new perspective and understanding that leads to healing and growth.
