I have a Education Specialist degree in Counseling and Counselor Education from Barry University in Miami, FL. My masters degree is in mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy. I have worked with all types of mental health from couples and family therapy, to forensic, to the severely mentally ill. I believe that sometimes, we all have a need for help. That is my job. My job is to help you. We will do it together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will work on getting to know one another and seeing if we are a good fit. While we do that, we will see what are the major issues that we need to work on in therapy. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to. The daily life stressors we have can wear us down. If that is your need, I am here for that too. Whatever works for you, is what we will do.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are experience coupled with open mindedness. I am not here to judge you, I am here to assist.
