Welcome! I am a practicing LPC who graduated from Oakland University and I have 10 years experience in Michigan, as a Mental Health Therapist. I help Adults 18+ develop coping skills to reduce their anxiety, depression, PTSD, or lack of motivation. I offer assessments ,strategies and positive regard for guiding clients through daily life, career, or relationship challenges on their Wellness Journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will go over a brief introduction and then I will ask several key questions that help me understand what you would like to address for your goals and objectives in therapy. My job is to guide you to self awareness so that you learn how to begin guiding your authentic self to a more peaceful life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with Adults for the past 10 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
