My biggest strength is the ability to empathize with and validate my clients. We are all just humans trying to make it in this life. No one is perfect, and we all struggle from time to time. I take into consideration not only my client's cultural/racial/socioeconomic/gender/sexual identity factors, but also openly acknowledge my own privilege.
