Hi, I'm Christy. I have over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am licensed in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, aging, self-esteem, or relationship issues? Seeking therapy can be scary, but you are making the first step to a healthier, more positive you. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I will gather information and we will discuss the challenges you are experiencing. We will make a plan together to start working on a healthier, more positive you.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a strengths-based approach, CBT, psychoeducation, solution-focused, and mindfulness. Tools and resources are pulled from these theories and others.
