What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will begin with introductions and explore why you decided to seek treatment. We will collaborate on treatment goals and which therapeutic approach works best for you. Going forward our time together will consist of talking about how you are doing, psycho education, and adapting skills that best work for you.

My greatest strength is meeting clients where they are at. I customize my approach to fit each client’s needs, ensuring it’s clear and relevant for them. My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where we can work together to help you achieve your goals.
