In EMDR sessions, I guide clients through a structured process that includes bilateral stimulation (typically through eye movements), facilitating the adaptive processing of traumatic memories. This approach helps individuals integrate distressing experiences, fostering a reduction in emotional reactivity and promoting psychological healing.
