Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician (LCMHC) based in North Carolina. I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University and have been working in the mental health field for 6 years. I am committed with assisting women with managing life stressors, postpartum and pregnancy, anxiety, and coping. I also work with youth assisting with learning how to manage emotions, process trauma, and enhance communication skills.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During the initial sessions, our focus will be on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. This foundation will allow us to address concerns more effectively in future sessions. We will also discuss confidentiality, my role as your therapist, and consent for treatment. We will discuss any of the documentation that was completed at intake and will align our treatment goals.
