What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Soon after scheduling with me, I will text and send a message on the platform with my forms to be completed before the first session. In the first session, we'll discuss the reasons that lead you to starting your journey of healing. I will also ask questions in order to gather information regarding family, social and romantic relationships, and past traumas.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Areas of focus would be recognizing unhealthy behaviors within you relationships with your partner, family, and coworkers. I assist you with building self confidence and assist you with finding your inner strength to experience your definition of happiness! I also assist clients with increasing assertiveness and improving healthy boundaries.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is an effective approach to clients struggling with anxiety, and depression in that we explore events/situations/triggers, your beliefs about them, and the consequences. We learn to evaluate/dispute unhealthier thought processes.

Schema Therapy

Schema therapy explores early maladaptive beliefs and the unhealthy way we cope when triggered with anxiety or depression. The goal is to practice more adaptive ways of coping.
