I'm a pretty hands on therapist, meaning I don't let you do all the talking or feel alone in session to guess what you need to do to heal or work through things. I offer guidance and different perspectives and am very easy to talk with! I love to help and I love what I do and to be honest, I have dealt with so many hardships in life which makes it easy to feel you're not alone when you're with me! I will help you find the light through life's tunnels!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I do not take a clinical approach to therapy, meaning I am not interested in focusing on diagnoses' and bringing up your past. I do feel our past is what makes us who we are but I believe that will organically come up in our sessions. I also think it's helpful to start right where you're at so we can figure out what is holding you back and free up some emotional and mental space for us to dive deeper or go backwards if needed. I'm all in with my clients and we will start right out the gate getting to it. Again, I don't leave you to do all the talking and guess work around what you should do to heal, I'm right here with you helping you!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are my humor, the way I can easily connect with anyone, and that I can help you feel so much better by just helping you talk through or see things differently.
