I attended Southern Connecticut State University and the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. I have over 45 years of treatment experience. I specialize in solution focused and strength based treatment. My areas of expertise are Individual, Family and Couples Therapy and Parent Coaching. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

One main goal I try to emphasize is a focus on positive thinking while learning to reject all negative thoughts. This includes a focus on acceptance of the many things past, present and future that are beyond our control.

My greatest strength is a therapist is my ability to analyze need and find solutions that work based on my patient's perception of what love and happiness mean to them.
