What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, there will be an introduction and an assessment. It will be important for me to understand what brought you to therapy at this time and how you feel it is affecting your everyday life. My overall goal is that you feel respected, comfortable and feel that I have the training and experience to assist you in the area of concern.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Dr. Ayers has been in the helping profession over twenty years and has worked with various populations. She is well versed in her areas of expertise and continues her education through seminars, continuing education and conferences; she is currently completing her second doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
