I know that everyone's needs are different, and that's why I'm all about using a variety of treatment methods and tools to best support YOU! From Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I've got you covered. My goal is to help you identify and challenge any unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and ultimately find inner peace and well-being. But that's not all! I also love to incorporate creative techniques like art therapy, journaling, and meditation to help you tap into your inner wisdom and express yourself in totally new and meaningful ways. And most importantly, I'm all about empathy, compassion, and respect for YOUR unique experiences and perspectives. Let's get started!

My top three strengths are empathy, active listening, and creativity - I just love tapping into my clients' unique perspectives and experiences! One thing you should know about me is that I'm a huge believer in the power of creativity to inspire change and growth. My niche is working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. But don't worry, I've got the skills to help you navigate through those challenges! I have extensive training and experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-focused therapy. My ultimate goal is to help you overcome any obstacle!
